Tauern Cycle Path - bike tour

Cycling tour from Krimml to Schärding / Passau

The impressive mountain range of the Hohen Tauern in Austria gave the Tauern cycle path its name. The cycling tour begins at the imposing Krimmler Waterfalls and leads through the flat valley of the Salzach. The cultural highlight of this cycling trip is of course the city Salzburg, but almost all of the places on the Tauern cycle path are enchanting in their own special way. The Tauern cycle path leads you through the countries Austria and Germany.
